Our Mission
 
To share the love of God while offering holistic health care and community to the uninsured domestic employees that live and work in Dallas county.
 
 
Who is eligible
 
  • Adults over the age of 18
  • Must live and in Dallas county.
  • Must not have any access to health care through private insurance, Parkland, Medicare, or Medicaid or a current patient at any other charitable Dallas health clinic.
You MUST show:
  1. Proof of household income (all adults living in the  home)
  2. Proof of address (light bill, gas bill, or electric bill)
  3. Photo ID    
 
Quién es elegible
 
  • Adultos sobre la edad de 18.
  • Requerirán a los pacientes vivir en el condado de Dallas.
  • Usted no debe ser un participante en seguro privado, las programas de Parkland, Medicare, o Medicaid y no debe ser un paciente en un otro clinica caritativo de Dallas.
 
Necesita Presentarle:

  • Eye Exams / Exámenes de los ojos (through Project Access referral only)
  • Gynecology / Visitas Ginecólogos
  • Free Medications (when available) /Medicamentos (cuando tenemos)
  • Laboratory Testing / Exámenes de la sangre
